Something strange has happened at my house. The eviction didn't take place, because it was a fluke from some paranoid squatter. Nevermind. I mentioned the policemen on my roof, thinking they were "deurwaarders", trying to see their possibilities before the action. HOWEVER, I discovered something yesterday that changed the whole story, and its possible outcome.
It was not the police, and they were not on the roof. It was 3 men, fully armed, and in bulletproof gear, with ugly caskets on, invading my home through the roof. Upon not discovering me, they left, through the door. I figured what's up after going to the police station and asking if there's been a search warrant, or any kind of accusations against me. The officer really dug through, for seeing my children and me worried- and discovered nothing. There was not a reason for the police to be in your house, he said. What's even more strange, is that they entered through the roof( its called break-in, btw), searched the place without any notification, and disappeared through the door, not leaving letter for me to come to. For those who don't know about squatting laws: when a place is legally evictable, first you receive an official notice( 24-48hrs prior); then comes the military police with a water canon, and shoots at the building, while others enter through the roof. Once any of them is in the house, its their victory- you got to get out. So, 3 of them are already in the house, and just leave, without changing the lock?
On the other hand, if you are to be arrested, in a legal manner, they are supposed to knock on your door, show badges and the warrant, and then.But instead, my next door neighbor was threatened and had to let the Nazis in through his roof; they broke into my house, and with their guns exposed scared the shit of my friend who was napping on the couch. Upon checking his ID, and not finding anyone in the house they just left.
Considering that there are no records of Civil police having to enter my home, I suspect it was Foreign police( their systems are not shared). Knowing that local Fascist party has personal interest in my eviction, I believe it was them( with the FARTIS bank) pressing the judge to issue order for my deportation. That's personal,Article 49 deportation is illegal; that's harassment, that's violation of my privacy, home breach, family law violation (Art.8- I have rights here, being the mother of 2 Dutch nationals)- and these buggers are running in government! Please be ware, and try to help with what you can, starting with notifying the right persons that my rights are being violated, but even worse, my children are!Seriously, who would come with open guns into a house where( very obviously made in media, and via the pictures on my window) LITTLE CHILDREN LIVE alone with their mom! They got to pay, for they could have hurt them for life. And still they did.Happening since the bank failed to evict us: breaking the flowers my daughter planted( broke them into pieces and threw around), by cutting the beautiful bush outside our door, which she happily awaited for to blossom, for breaking the mosaic on our walls- just destroying beauty; happening since the bank failed to evict us. Isn't that how Nazis were? NO shame, no love, no heart? That is VVD, and the banks, and landlords.Thieves and mafia are always in the government...

The news article states that the Minister of Justice of he Netherlands has made a request to suspend eviction of families who have rights in the country: families with children who have permits, and former asylum seekers, and those who have a right to permit( like myself). Why did I have to drag all my stuff out at 3 am yesterday? Well, better not take any chances.
We are getting evicted.
This week we got sad news- we are getting evicted. Our neighbor told us there were rats sneaking around on the roof. Then the homeless guy I gave shelter to went to the police station trying to save us. The chief said they had no interest in evicting us, that military force was called from out of town. I bet the VVD an Fortis Bank are very proud of themselves now...Well, actually the KSU should be proud, because apparently it takes an army to remove a mother and kids !Because the local media was overly concerned with trash bags in the streets of Amsterdam, and not even with the children being left in the streets, we received no support. Political parties are more busy with gay and animal rights, than children's rights- so we got no support. Seriously, neither the journalists, or the politicians are gonna get any support in the future from the citizens who used to be squatters. On the other hand, what the hell is wrong with the Dutch system, that it approves of tax money being spent on military force, supported by the Nazi party; while not spending any money on giving the same families homes?

Welcome to mother4rights.Utopiaspiratas.net. I'm a single mother of two Dutch citizens, struggling for years to obtain a place we can call home- because the Dutch laws have no respect for family( trying to separate me from my husband by deportation), no respect for children( trying to take them away to make it easy and ...deport me), no regard to human life at all actually( putting force into evicting us form our only shelter in the middle of winter in order to protect a bank!). Actually, the Netherlands is one unlawful land, with amazing number of inhuman laws ( aside form non-democratic countries) and certainly doesn't belong in any HUMANE union( as EU claims to be). This country keeps mothers and fathers, wives and siblings separated based on their "legality" in the country , where they should have been legal automatically, according to any family law. I'm one of many mothers who are still officially not recognized, and thus may not work, apply for a house, even open a bank account- we are deprived of opportunity to provide our children with basics, and then harassed by the state for failing to do so. This site is to draw attention( more, since Holland is already o the black list of human rights violations) to the problem of "illegal" parents of local citizens, and force change in the system, where we can finally offer our children what they deserve.
